 Julie originally attended the University of Minnesota and returned to college to obtain her B.S. in accounting from Linfield College in 1997. She joined Isler in 1997 and became a partner in 2006. Her previous experience included operating a security and investigations agency for over seven years, where she maintained a full-cycle accounting system and completed fraud investigations.
Julie’s primary professional interests lie in audits of primary governments, casinos and governmental enterprises and in performing fraud investigations. Julie donates her time to the Western Rivers Girl Scout Council and the YMCA. In addition, she is a member of the Oregon Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
