Isler CPA is always looking for bright, enthusiastic, positive people to add to our staff. The Eugene practice has ten partners, a professional staff of 20, including six managers, plus three support staff. During the filing season, we hire part-time employees to ease the load.

Seventy percent of our practice is evenly split between auditing and tax services, and the remainder includes compilation, reviews, and management services. Our audit practice requires some travel in Oregon and northern California.

We are centrally located in Eugene. Our recently expanded office provides a more comfortable work environment and allows for continued growth. You will find the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Many of our employees have been with the Eugene office of the firm for many years because they get the support they need to succeed in their career and have an opportunity to grow.

Isler CPA is big, but not that big. We still have office gatherings every Monday morning. We offer flexible hours to working parents and those who are looking for a different quality of life. Professionals are not assigned to one department. We want you to work in different areas and on a variety of accounts.

Eugene, of course, is in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley. It is located an afternoon's drive from the Pacific Ocean to the West or the majestic Cascade Mountains to the east. If skiing is your sport, you couldn't be closer. Ice skating? We have a new arena. Close to a University? The University of Oregon is across the street and Oregon State is 45 minutes North. White-water rafting? The world-renowned McKenzie River is in your back yard. Track and Field? Eugene IS Track City USA.
