Carl Long has over thirty years varied experience in public accounting advising a wide range of individual and small business clients. His areas of expertise are primarily in accounting and business and tax planning. He serves clients in areas including manufacturing, construction contracting, logging and the aircraft industry.

Carl received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1971. He was an accounting/audit manager with a national CPA firm and employed by another local CPA firm prior to joining in the formation of Zirkle, Long, Loveland and Ring in 1982. The Zirkle, Long, Trigueiro and Ward firm joined with Isler CPA in June 2006.

Professionally, Carl has taught at the local and national level for audit training programs. He is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
